The Troop 153 Committee meets monthly The troop committee oversees the troop, supports the PLC in carrying out plans, and supports the Scoutmaster. Troop 153 is very lucky to have 17 committee members, of which approximately 1/2 attend each monthly meeting. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month, at 7:00. Scoutmasters & Assistant scoutmasters require additional classroom training (ASM/SM Specific) - 8 hrs, and certification in "Introduction to Outdoor leadership skills" - 16 hrs or certifications.
